- In 2016-17 she also trained under Dr Elizabeth Mumper and Dr Nancy O’Hara (Integrative Paediatricians from USA) who are specialists in the Biomedical management of children with Behavioral and Learning Disorders. In 2019 – 2020 she trained face to face and online under Dr Cindy Schneider, USA Specialist in Biomedical management of children with Behavioural and Learning Disorders. She has continued to update her skills in 2021 with the Australian Panelists in this field.

Dr Kemi Adu
Dr Kemi Adu
Dr. Kemi Adu is an experienced specialist GP and has been practicing in Australia for several years. She has a great passion for supporting women through all stages of their health journey, especially with issues related to their hormones (with a special interest in Menopause) and mental health. Her career is motivated by a desire to help
people during their most vulnerable moments, and this empathy is reflected in her work. Kemi’s focus on women’s
health stems from her recognition that many women often put their own care last and may feel hesitant to share their health concerns. She is dedicated to menopause
management because she sees the profound, positive effects it can have not just on women but on their families
and society at large.
Dr. Kemi takes a biopsychosocial approach to care, considering physical, mental, emotional, and social factors in her personalised treatments. She understands that an integrative perspective to patient's care is of great value for best outcomes. She prioritises active listening, shared decision-making, and empowering women with education and support throughout their menopause journey.
Beyond specialising in the menopause transition/ women’s health and mental health, Dr Kemi was a RACGP examiner
for several years, and she remains a GP registrar supervisor and mentors healthcare professionals in general practice.

Carol is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 38 years in the profession, including 22 years specialising in Integrative Health and Intravenous Therapy. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping people achieve better health and wellbeing, and she finds great joy in seeing her clients respond positively to care.
In addition to her nursing expertise, Carol is a trained Bowen Therapist. This allows her to offer a gentle, holistic approach to healing that complements her medical background. Her passion for integrative therapies shines through in her work, as she supports each individual on their unique wellness journey.
Carol combines evidence-based nursing with hands-on therapies, creating a warm and supportive environment where clients feel truly cared for. She is committed to helping people regain their vitality and discover new pathways to wellness.

Jacqui Baihn holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine and has been a dedicated Clinical Nutritionist since 2013.
Jacqui's approach focuses on comprehensive and personalised nutrition strategies to improve nutrient deficiencies, restore energy, achieve vitality and improve general wellbeing.
Additionally, she is a Certified Nutrigenomics Practitioner, specialising in DNA testing to tailor personalised nutritional advice. She maintains a Professional Association Membership with the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), ensuring her practice aligns with industry standards.
Her consultations are covered by major health providers such as AHM, ARHG, and MediBank, although confirmation is recommended for specific services like audiovisual consultations.

Marissa Janovsky is a degree qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), having completed a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science.
Marissa works as a holistic movement specialist with experience in a broad range of clinical areas and can help you to achieve and optimise your health and wellbeing. She uses evidenced based exercise interventions with a focus on connection and behavior change to restore and improve your quality of life.
She offers a complimentary 15-minute health chat to discuss areas you would like to focus on and answer any questions you may have.
